You could ask the one who posted it on youtube, but here is one: http://code.google.com/p/groovyarcade/
Or you can build it yourself; install Lubuntu, all the emulators you want and wahcade.

Thanks for the info. I already wrote "Veronica Mars" a message and I tested groovy arcade, ZX MAME etc. and they doesn't work so well for me and and my cap and they have only a few emulators on board. I started installing emulators on a debian installation last weekend but it doesn't look so good. On the video the pc boots directly into wahcade and every emulator starts in fullscreen and exits clean back to wahcade with one start and one exit key. There is no desktop, nothing. How did he/she do that?

Here is a tutorial how to install Lubuntu and wahcade, and have it autostart: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,114917.0.html
I did some posts there too, you have to add some software sources (PPA's) to get the most recent emulators.

Looks nice, but it's mainly meant for 15 Khz (arcade) monitors.
The youtube link doesn't work, i think you mean this one: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCU8IYL-QfceMiNyqYmG56dg?feature=watch
I'll stick to my own setup, it still works well.
