Fuzzy artwork

Postby General_Faliure » Sun Mar 27, 2011 8:17 am

Hello.

I recently installed Sairuk's Mahcade.
Using multiple extensions an fuzzy artwork search seemed like a nice feature.
When i set fuzzy artwork search to 1 i don't get any artwork at all in mame.
If i set it to 0, my artwork is back again.
It does work with the atari 2600 tough.
Any thoughts?

I will upload my Wahcade ini and log file.

My guess would be the spaces in the path during the regex matches are failing

I will have to look into it, for the time being it'd be helpful if you could try some paths without spaces (symlinks would work) and see if that fixes the issue

Ok, had a quick look; it is the use of brackets "()" in the path name. I'll see what I can come up with but it may have to be a limitation of the fuzzy artwork search function, because iirc I break the filename down using the brackets as criteria to handle good/nointro names.

Thank you
