Mah!Cade now supports plugins at launch time. The first implementation of this is the built in support for *.desktop files under linux and *.lnk files under windows (requires pywin32)

Basic plugin information is available here keep in mind this is very basic support, is currently only available in the launchpad version and is likely to change to add support for reading back at list generation time etc.

Commit 84 changes the way the plugins are executed; support for multiple rom types per list has been added

Commit 86 further refines the launch plugins fixing some bugs and modifying the launch method in the process. I have updated the Wah!Ki page to reflect these changes. http://bit.ly/rADJvm

A new plugin was added to launch URL files (only under windows atm); intended to be used to launch Steam shortcuts.

Yeh, both versions currently crash playing music. There shouldn't be anything different between the implementations of the media playback unless andy fixed something i missed. Topic for different thread though.
