My finished cabinet

Postby codefenix » Sun Nov 21, 2010 6:08 pm

I'd like to finally share with you all the cabinet that I finished back in April '10. It took me about two months to build, from the time the first saw-tooth hit the wood, to the time it was up and playable. I got many ideas for it from these sites: Project Mame, ArcadeCab.

I used 3/4" birch plywood for the cabinet. The PC is running Xubuntu 10.04 and the latest release of Wah!Cade.

Here's a link to my Picasa album: CodeFenix's Arcade Cabinet

Thanks for looking.

Looks great.

A lot better then mine.
I use Lubuntu 10.10 for my os, i think it's lighter yet then Xubuntu.
Looks like you had more room then i have, i built mine in a small shed which also holds 3 bicycles amongst other stuff.
I am also setting up a rec. room so i have some more space, i may redo the painting of my cab.
